Determining your interests and passions play an integral part in the custom design process. Your answers to our 'lifestyle questionnaire' help us to determine the priority features in the system that would most relate to your individual life style.

The process starts with us acquiring the floor plan and converting it to the our system, then a series of cable layouts are generated from the preliminary design stage for electrical contractors to install the cabling.

The next stage is to start the detailed design at which point the schematics (audio, video, control) are drawn up for the Digital living technicians to follow, ensuring consistency and efficiency throughout the installation and commissioning stages. All drawings are amended at the completion of the project and filed as "AS BUILTS". (as well as presented to the client for their records)

This entire process is billed as a service and is not optional. Complete drawings and documentation is one of the most important services we provide and one that no integration process can do without.
